Q: What will your team do when they arrive?

A:  We Wash dishes

         Clean and sanitize sink and counter tops
         Clean outside of appliances
         Clean inside & outside of stove, microwave & range
         Sweep and mop all hard floors
         Disinfect kitchen and bathroom floors
         Clean and disinfect tub, toilet, tiles & sinks
         Dust window sills and ledges
         Sweep entry ways and small patios
         Dust mini blinds, pictures and other knick-knacks
         Dust all furniture with polish
         Clean all doors and light switch plates
         Edge clean all hard and carpet floors
         Vacuum all carpeted floors including stairs
         Change bed sheets and bath towels (if requested)
Q: Do you provide the cleaning supplies?

A: The cleaners do not travel with any cleaning supplies; We use          whatever is available in your Home or Office.  However, we can provide our clients with all  necessary cleaning supplies for an extra flat fee of $20.00 or purchase required supplies at client's expense.
Q: How long will the cleaning take?
A: The time depends on size of area,  quantity of rooms and if there      are any special request
Q: Is your company flexible to meet my busy  schedule?
A: Yes, we are here to meet your needs
Q: What is the cost of my cleaning?
A: Fees are based on the distance, size of area and services you request. Once the service provider enters your business or home an estimate will be made for you. After the first time, they should have a better sense of exactly how long the cleaning should take. Should there be a discrepancy between the estimate and actual time needed, (Sometimes, first-time cleans or one-time cleanings may require additional time and an additional fee.) If this is the case, and only if you authorize additional time, our staff will continue to clean, and your price will be adjusted accordingly. We will not use additional time without your prior approval.
Q: What happens if your team breaks or damages something while cleaning my home?
A: JCS is fully insured and will be responsible for anything that might be damaged by our team.
Q: What happens if I'm not satisfied with your service?
A: Our commitment to your satisfaction is the cornerstone of our success. We promise to give you the quality of service you expect every visit we make to your happy home or office.
